A gallery invests a great deal in its artists and spends its days selling. The artist rarely sees that work, and silence turns into doubt. Artelier Business is how a gallery and its artists stay on the same page without the phone calls and the e-mail chains. You still talk, about the work, not the admin.
Example record: the same sale, as each side reads it. The share is on hold until the frame is settled, then it reads Due. The app never marks it paid on its own.
One sale, three versions.
The gallery's spreadsheet says one figure.
The artist remembers another.
The accountant finds a third. Artelier Business keeps one, and both sides read it.
What both sides read
Talk about the work. The record does the rest.
01
Costs and splits, agreed up front.
The split of each sale, the commission and the frame paid back are the same lines on both sides. A cost you pay for the artist is sent for their approval before it is billed.
Noor has 14 days to disapprove a cost you pass on. No answer counts as approval. Your agreement has to say so.
02
What you invest in the artist, made visible.
The artist's My Investment page shows what the gallery spent on them, what is billed to them and what the gallery carries.
Invested in you · Carried for you. It will not be billed to you.
03
The career, read the same way.
The Career Compass reads the artist's record against written gates. The gallery and the artist see the same stage, the same open gates and the same next step.
Open an artist: the documented stage, the gates still open, the next step.
04
Exhibitions prepared from one record.
Wall labels with a QR code, the price list and the portfolio of the show come from the works entered once.
Wall labels: one per work, each with a QR code to the page of the work.
05
Collectors matched to the actual works.
Find the collectors on your list whose medium, size and budget fit a work, then send one of them a personalised selection on its own link.
Budget € 3000 to € 6000 fits € 4800
06
Print by print, through to the certificate.
With Track each print switched on in Settings, every print of an edition has its place. When the sale is delivered, the certificate goes to the collector by e-mail.

07
Your agreements, always online.
The artist and the gallery can open and review the contract at any time, see whether it is signed, and a service it does not name cannot be billed.

Your collectors stay yours.
The artist sees the sale, the price and their share, never who bought.

Moving in
Bring what you already have.
Your inventory from a spreadsheet (CSV), exports from other gallery software included. What is unclear is asked before anything is saved.
Your past sales, artist by artist, counted as history.
I don't want my artists to see everything. I prefer to call them.
The calls stay, and they are about the work. The artist reads what concerns them: the sale, their share, the costs sent for their approval, their agreement. Your contact book and your other artists stay with the gallery.
Will my artists see who my collectors are?
No. On a sale the gallery made, the artist sees the sale, the price and their share, never who bought.
Do my artists need to pay for anything?
No. Your Studio or Bespoke plan covers the artists of your roster: each artist keeps an account of their own.
Can we keep our own invoice numbers?
Yes. Invoices are numbered in one series per business, with your own prefix and pattern if you have one. An issued invoice is never rewritten: it is cancelled by a credit note, which takes the next number.
How long does moving in take?
Your inventory comes in from a spreadsheet, and past sales artist by artist. Bespoke includes the migration and the onboarding.
Do you take a commission on our sales?
No. A flat fee, by the month or by the year, and nothing on your sales.
Which languages?
The app, its documents and its e-mails are in English, French and Spanish.
Show your artists the work you do.
Without the phone calls and the e-mail chains.
French born, with an American touch.
