Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Artelier, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Service Description
Artelier is a SaaS platform providing art business management tools including artwork inventory, invoicing, CRM, and AI-powered assistants. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must provide accurate information when registering
- One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are in USD and are non-refundable except as required by law.
Free trial: The Pro plan includes a 7-day free trial. You will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Price changes: We will give at least 30 days' notice before changing prices for existing subscribers.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform
- Resell or sublicense access to the platform
6. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to Artelier (artworks, text, images, data). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and display it solely to provide the service to you.
7. Intellectual Property
All Artelier software, branding, and platform features are our intellectual property. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership to you.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artelier shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Note: Some jurisdictions (including EU consumer law) do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability — in such cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
For users in France / the EU: These terms are governed by French law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, or resolved via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
For users in the United States: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under JAMS rules, with the exception of small claims court matters.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account for material breach of these terms, with notice where reasonably practicable. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
11. Changes to Terms
We will notify you at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance.
